Alumni Donations
Since its inception the Mahanoy Alumni Association has donated approximately $100,000 to projects and activities that have benefited the students of the
Mahanoy Area School District. The following are just a few of the many projects the Alumni Association has sponsored:
Theatre Arts Equipment - $1,835
Diving Block - $1,300
Accelerated Reader Books - $2,500
Athletic Equipment - $1,980
Lady Bears Championship Ring Donation - $1,000
Midget Football Organization - $1,000
Trophy Case - $2,500
Gymnasium Speakers - $1,000
Computers - $11,000
Stadium Lights - $36,000
We want to continue to support our school, but cannot do so without your help. Please consider joining the Alumni, volunteering your time or talent, or just supporting our fundraisers.
The Mahanoy Alumni Association has donated more than $50,000.00 in scholarships to Mahanoy Area students since it was formed in 1993. We would like to continue extending our support to the students of the Mahanoy Area School District, and we can always use extra help!
